Mechanical Activation of Shungite in Aqueous Solutions of Electrolytes and Alcohols
Abstract
The electrolyte and alcohol aqueous suspensions effectiveness for shungite as well as the influence of pH on the dispersion process have been defined with rotational viscometry and the pH-metry methods. The best dispersant among the electrolytes has been found to be NaCl with pH value of solution somewhat above 8. As for alcohols, the best result has been obtained with ethanol aqueous solution. The maximum dispersion effect has been found when the electrolyte and the alcohol were combined.References
