Technological methods for synthesis of new magnetic liquids based on modified magnetite colloidal systems containing chemotherapeutic agent doxorubicin are developed. The magnetite surface modifying was carried out with hydroxyapatite, the magnetic liquid was stabilized with sodium oleate and polyethylene glycol to give biocompatible properties and low ability to adsorb plasma proteins. Physico-chemical properties of developed colloid systems have been studied.References
