    Topics: Feature articles and reviews setting out the results of studies on actual problems of chemistry, physics, and technology of solid surfaces are to be published in the journal. The subject-matter of the edition covers theoretical and experimental examinations of physical, physicochemical, and biomedical aspects of surface phenomena, adsorption and chemical processes on disperse solid surfaces, forming molecular and supramolecular structures at the interfaces as well as nanosized and nanostructured materials and coverings.

    Editorial Policy: 

The editorial board of the journal “Chemistry, Physics and Technology of Surface” is guided in its work by international ethical rules for scientific publications. All materials of the journal are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, which allows free use, distribution and adaptation of materials, provided that the authors and the source of publication are properly cited. All articles submitted to the editorial office must undergo a review procedure. The journal provides users with guarantees in accordance with the specified obligations.

Authors retain copyright to their works and grant the journal a non-exclusive right to the first publication of the article.

Authors are allowed to place preprints, accepted manuscripts and published versions of articles in institutional repositories, personal websites and scientific social networks with an indication of the first publication in the journal.

All submitted materials are checked for plagiarism using specialized software (StrikePlagiarism.com). Detection of academic dishonesty is a basis for rejection or withdrawal of the article.

The use of artificial intelligence systems is allowed only as an auxiliary tool. Authors are fully responsible for the content of the manuscript and are obliged to report the use of AI technologies during the preparation of the article.

Each article is assigned a DOI. Electronic versions of publications are provided with long-term archiving and preservation.

    The journal “Chemistry, Physics and Technology of Surface" (Himia, Fizika ta Tehnologia Poverhni) is included to the category "A" of professionals scientific editions approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for phys & math sciences and chemical sciences (the decision from 1 February 2022, №89). Papers published can be considered by the Attestation Board of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for appropriate specialities of candidate and doctorate theses when conferring respective scientific degrees.

    The journal is abstracted and/or indexed in:

    Scopus, Google Scholar, DOAJ, Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS), EBSCO (Academic Search), JournalSeek, Index Copernicus, referative journal "Dzherelo" (Ukraine) and "Ukrainika Naukova" (Ukraine) The journal has been included in HAC of Ukraine (High Attestation (Certification) Commission) list according to following science areas: chemistry, physics and mathematics.
